KRU GROUP EXPANDS INTO HOSPITALITY AND LIFESTYLE WITH UNITY TRUST PARTNERSHIP

KRU Group of Companies, through its subsidiary Kruniverse Sdn Bhd, has announced a strategic partnership with Unity Trust Berhad to drive the growth of its hospitality and lifestyle ventures across Shah Alam and Klang.

Positioning itself as a future leader in entertainment-themed tourism and technology-driven hospitality, Kruniverse will lead the development of several landmark projects in collaboration with local authorities and industry stakeholders.

To strengthen investor confidence, Kruniverse has formalized a governance and oversight partnership with Unity Trust Berhad, a trusted institutional platform known for its expertise in trust management.
