MiCasa All Suite Hotel is celebrating the festive season by launching its Ramadan buffet, the 5 Taste Culinary Journey. The curated spread, led by Chef Adrian, draws inspiration from the Sajian 5 Rasa, highlighting the rich flavors and cultural diversity of Malay, Chinese, Indian, Thai, and Indonesian cuisines.
This year, the experience is enhanced through a collaboration with Mahsuri Dagang Sdn Bhd, whose signature sauces and spices are used to elevate the authenticity and depth of the regional dishes. The buffet is designed to offer a meaningful gathering place for families and corporate groups.

A Diverse Spread of Asian Desserts
Guests can explore a vast array of Asian flavors, starting with appetizers like Kerabu Maggi, Som Tam, and Gado-Gado. Main courses feature bold, comforting dishes, including Pad Kra Pao Beef, Ayam Sambal Hijau, Lamb Madras, and Aloo Masala, all featuring Mahsuri’s premium blends.
The buffet also brings back the popular Ocean of Seafood, paired with nourishing soups like Crab Meat & Corn Cream Soup. At the Live Carving Station, guests can enjoy Grilled Lamb seasoned with Mahsuri marinades, alongside the hotel’s signature Locing Thai.
The Indian Live Station remains a highlight, with chefs preparing fresh Roti Canai, Roti Boom, and Chicken Murtabak, all enriched with Mahsuri seasonings. For dessert, there is a wide selection of kuih, ABC, Cendol, and Mango Sticky Rice, complemented by Teh Tarik.
