CARiNG Pharmacy, together with Georgetown Pharmacy and Wellings Pharmacy under the BIG CARiNG Group, has unveiled its 2026 Sampul Raya collection in collaboration with Malaysian autistic visual artist Danial Kushairi, reinforcing the group’s long-term commitment to building commercial platforms for neurodivergent talent.
The collaboration marks Danial’s return as a featured artist, following his 2024 e-cash voucher partnership with the brand. More significantly, it reflects a structured and sustained inclusion strategy by the three pharmacy brands to champion neurodivergent creatives through recurring, high-visibility consumer touchpoints.
The 2026 initiative follows a series of purpose-driven collaborations, including the group’s 2026 calendar featuring neurodivergent sibling artists Zayn and Nafeesah, as well as the 2025 Raya packet designs created with autistic artist ARTJAMILA. Rather than one-off campaigns, these efforts signal a consistent investment in nurturing confidence, expanding public exposure, and normalizing diverse expressions of creativity within mainstream retail environments.

The latest Sampul Raya designs were introduced during a berbuka puasa session with children from Rumah Anak Yatim Shifa in Setapak, aligning the initiative with the Ramadan ethos of compassion, reflection, and togetherness. Two of Danial’s original works, Kampung Dalam Hutan and Kampung by the Pond I, have been adapted into exclusive packet designs, integrating his artistic voice into a cherished festive tradition observed by families nationwide.
Wong Siew Lai, Chief Marketing Officer of BIG CARiNG Group, said, “Our collaboration with Danial reflects our ongoing commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for neurodivergent artists. Following our recent calendar initiative and previous festive collaborations, this Sampul Raya continues our journey of recognising creativity as a powerful form of expression. Welcoming Danial back as a featured artist makes this collaboration especially meaningful for us. His work carries authenticity, perspective, and joy, and we are honoured to share his talent with our communities in a way that celebrates both the festive season and the importance of inclusion.”
Known for his vibrant palette and themes inspired by nature and cultural heritage, Danial channels his perspective through art as his primary mode of expression. Diagnosed with autism, he uses color, structure, and composition to communicate emotion and imagination. His body of work reflects harmony and optimism while challenging conventional perceptions of neurodivergent individuals in the creative economy.

Pn. Rohani Ahmad, mother of Danial, added, “Art gives many of the neurodivergent children a voice. It’s a way for them to process feelings, find focus, and share parts of themselves that words sometimes can’t capture. Collaborations like this uplift them, show their talent to the world, and affirm that their perspectives matter. We are grateful to CARiNG Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy, and Wellings Pharmacy for continuing to support these young artists by giving their work a space to be celebrated.”
The 2026 CARiNG Pharmacy Sampul Raya will be available nationwide across CARiNG, Georgetown, and Wellings Pharmacy outlets. Customers will receive the exclusive packets with a minimum spend of RM30 in a single receipt, while stocks last.
As ESG and DEI considerations increasingly shape corporate brand equity, BIG CARiNG Group’s continued investment in neurodivergent artists positions the pharmacy retailer not merely as a healthcare provider, but as a community-anchored enterprise leveraging its scale to drive inclusive impact.
