As anticipation builds toward 12 December 2025, the 37th edition of Anugerah Bintang Popular Berita Harian (ABPBH 37) prepares to deliver a more intimate, exclusive, and deeply engaging celebration. Defined as Malaysia’s premier fan-voted award ceremony celebrating the most popular personalities in the local entertainment industry, this year’s event is guided by the theme Satu Keunggulan (One Excellence).
The awards night will be broadcast live from Premiera Hotel Kuala Lumpur on TV3 and stream via Tonton starting at 9:00 PM, following the red carpet hosted by Ariana Yusof and Amirulhakim Lokman.
The show features the return of industry icon Raja Azura (a seven-time host and current Popular TV Supporting Actress finalist) alongside Shiha Zikir, a multi-talented performer with success across Malaysia and Indonesia.
A strong lineup of performers awaits, including Akim Ahmad, Dayang Nurfaizah, Hael Husaini, Haqiem Rusly, Afieq Shazwan, Tajul, and Amira Othman with Irfan Haris. Presenters include fan favorites Fattah Amin, Daiyan Trisha, Amira Othman, Tracie Sinido, Jazmy Juma, Zarif Ghazzy, Fiza Sabjahan, and Fizi Ali.
This year, Daia joins as the Official Sponsor, alongside European-style café brand Dome as Co-Partner, partnerships that reinforce ABPBH’s position as Malaysia’s No. 1 fan-choice awards. Beyond the broadcast, ABPBH 37 is focused on maximizing direct fan engagement, rolling out a series of on-ground events, including the #SatuBusking event and meet-and-greet sessions scheduled at Dome Lalaport (Nov 29–30) and Dome IOI City Mall Putrajaya (Dec 6–7) to boost visibility and voting participation. This focus on excellence was highlighted earlier at the pre-launch, held at the panoramic Kuala Lumpur Tower, which was attended by key leaders from Media Prima, Berita Harian, and sponsor organizations. With 16 main categories and 5 Ekstra! categories, ABPBH 37 continues to highlight talent across all creative disciplines. Fans can secure tickets via Tonton, with voting remaining active until 9 December at 11:59 PM. Ultimately, the theme Satu Keunggulan represents unity, artistic excellence, and the enduring bond between performers and fans, confirming that ABPBH remains the industry’s benchmark stage.
