Resorts World Genting closes the year on a high note as Genting Winter Wonderland returns, transforming the highlands into a festive destination of lights, music, immersive entertainment, and meaningful giving. Running from 21 November 2025 through the first day of the new year, the seasonal celebration brings together entertainment, dining, retail, and community outreach in one of Malaysia’s most anticipated year-end showcases.
At the heart of the celebration, Kimhua Atrium comes alive with daily dance performances beginning in November, before escalating into a full festive lineup in mid-December. Crowd favorites include appearances by Jolly Jumbos & The Twinkles, The Enchanted Noël, the Christmas Choir, and a special Ventriloquism Show staged exclusively on December 24, 25, and 31. The atrium itself is transformed into a visual centerpiece, featuring a giant carousel, towering gift displays, and illuminated Christmas trees that set the stage for memorable holiday moments.

Festivity at Genting Winter Wonderland also carries a strong spirit of social impact. Through the Gift Bank initiative at Kimhua Atrium, guests are invited to purchase and donate gifts in support of children from selected welfare homes. This year, MINISO partners with Resorts World Genting to amplify the initiative, contributing both support and products to encourage public participation. The campaign has garnered strong engagement, with approximately 160 gifts collected for beneficiaries including Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak Yatim Mary, The Lighthouse Children’s Welfare Home, and Wen Hua Welfare Association.
As part of the season’s celebrations, the children will be hosted at Resorts World Genting for a specially curated Christmas experience, complete with a scenic cable car ride, a visit to Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park, a festive performance, and a gift presentation by Santa Claus.

Beyond the atrium, the festive atmosphere extends across free-entry zones at Gohtong Way and Liberty Lane, offering live entertainment, interactive games, shopping experiences, and a diverse range of food and beverage options. From warming hotpot to festive specialties at Fire Pit, Trattoria IL Lago, Fuhu, and the Asteroid Arcade Food Trucks, guests can enjoy the season’s flavors amid Genting’s signature cool-weather charm. A snowfall spectacle at Liberty Lane adds to the magic, delighting visitors throughout the evenings during the festive period.
The celebrations culminate in two high-energy countdown events. On Christmas Eve, performances by Vanessa Reynauld, Angela Ong, and Ronnie Jupiter, hosted by Emcee Khye and capped by DJ Blink, lead into a dynamic display of lights and lasers. New Year’s Eve raises the tempo further with DJ Wu Kong, ManHanD, Yin Ern, Juztin Lan, and KAIA Lee, alongside Emcee Shaun Stephen, delivering a vibrant send-off to 2025.
Throughout the season, photobooths positioned across key locations allow visitors to capture and take home moments from their Winter Wonderland experience.
