The initiative is poised to help those who are affected by the current rising cost of living in Malaysia. Working closely with KPDN are; Persatuan Pengusaha Restoran Muslim Malaysia (PRESMA); Persatuan Pengusaha Restoran India Malaysia (PRIMAS); Persatuan Pengusaha Tomyam Malaysia, Malaysia Singapore Coffee Shop Proprietors General Association (MCSPGA); Bumiputra Retailers Organization (BRO), Malaysia Retail Chain Association (MRCA), and the Malaysia Retailers Association (MRA).

This ‘Menu Rahmah’ is a synergistic collaboration between governments together with food and beverage industry players that will be expanded throughout the country in the near future. On the launch day itself, MYDIN Supermarket also donated 5,000 Menu Rahmah sets to 5,000 students at the University of Technology MARA consisting of the B40 working class. KPDN calls for more industry players especially restaurant operators so that they can work together with the government to make this initiative a success.
