Managed by Boustead Properties Berhad, the Curve, celebrated the spirit of the fasting month through the giving of bubur lambuk, a symbol of goodwill and care. Adabi Consumer Industries Sdn Bhd (Adabi) joined the Curve in the preparation of the bubur lambuk, led by Chef Irwan Mohd Nor, Adabi’s Chef. Bubur lambuk is a beloved Ramadan tradition in Malaysia, and the Curve was happy to be able to carry out the preparation with Adabi who sponsored the ingredients and prepped the iconic dish.

About 1,200 individually packed containers of the rice porridge were handed out at the Surau Mutiara Damansara, Mutiara Damansara Police Station, and the Curve, as part of the mall’s iftar community outreach effort. In addition to that, the Curve and Adabi collectively provided groceries, Duit Raya, and bubur lambuk to less-privileged children and caretakers at the Pusat Jagaan Kasih Harapan Kota Damansara.

In these challenging times, we are grateful to be able to still come together and make a difference in the community we are a part of through our humble offering this year.”

To which Adabi’s Promotion & Corporate Media Manager, Roshidi Zabidi, added, “We are pleased to be able to support the Curve in this initiative to bring our delicious bubur lambuk using Adabi’s special recipe to the Mutiara Damansara community. Preparing this dish is a time-honored custom for Adabi and allows us to do our part to foster camaraderie during the month of Ramadan.”

To suit the occasion, the Curve incorporated its Raya campaign-themed “Wau Meriahnya Syawal” where the Curve’s Centre Court was transformed into a scenic East Coast kampong. To complete the ambiance of the mock village which features a cozy pangkin, the area was also enhanced with charming decorative Wau, colorful flowers, and festive hanging lights.
