Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd launched the #TeamUnstoppable, a regional brand campaign made up of Gen Zs and millennials to push their boundaries and pursue their passions. The team was created to inspire innovation in the new world. The campaign made its premiere by showcasing five inspiring young adults – Imran Aqil from Malaysia, Margielyn Didal from the Philippines, Jacob Julian Lau from Singapore, Sarnt Sunbeary from Thailand and Truong Mỹ Anh from Vietnam.
“Southeast Asia is home to many young, creative individuals who have consistently defied the odds to redefine current norms and create new opportunities for their generation. As digital natives, these Gen Zs and millennials are adept at using the power of technology and social platforms to express themselves,” said Olivier Bockenmeyer, Regional Corporate Marketing Head, Southeast Asia and Oceania at Samsung Electronics.
The individuals featured in the regional campaign film were selected for embodying the ‘do what others say you can’t spirit’. These inspiring personalities have stepped out of their comfort zones to overcome social conventions. As such, Samsung Malaysia Electronics will be releasing a local film with Imran Aqil’s very own untold story on 7 September, followed by the final phase of the campaign, held from 7 September to 30 September 2021, where Imran Aqil will be inviting everyone to submit their ‘do what you can’t’ stories via Tik Tok or Instagram.
One lucky winner stands a chance to win a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 to continue capturing their Unstoppable moments. For more information on how to join the #TeamUnstoppableMY movement, please visit: https://www.samsung.com/my/teamunstoppable/
