Master Community Developer Sunway Property launched Malaysia’s first-of-its-kind community experience, Sunway Property Pals+, for each and everyone residing in Sunway Property developments.
The program was designed to provide greater convenience and privileges for those residing in Sunway Property developments comprising of Rent+, Care+, and Reward+. 25% of monthly rentals by tenants who reside in Sunway Property developments will be recognized as rent credit (or savings) by Sunway Property and can be used as partial payment for their first property purchase with Sunway Property.
Sunway Property Care+ cleaners are professionally trained by Sunway Hotels & Resorts.
Rent can be accumulated over a two or five-year period duration through the Sunway Property Rent+ program and will be applicable nationwide from 1 June 2022 benefiting both owners and sub-sale owners by making their units more tenantable.

“We are replicating innovations that were first test-bedded in our flagship township of Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, our living lab, and then injecting this DNA into our developments and communities nationwide,” said Sunway Property Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, Gerard Yuen.

The existing Sunway Property PALS homeowners and new buyers of the current Sunway Signature Series 2022 Campaign, which ends on 31st July 2022, will be part of the enhanced Sunway Property Pals+ program from 1 June 2022. Sub-sale owners and tenants within Sunway Property’s developments can sign up to enjoy the new community experiences.
