Previewing the buffet that will be held from March 14 to April 5, 2024, at a price of only RM167 per pax, the event featured a delightful selection showcasing the cultural diversity of Malaysia.
The Sajian Senja celebration offered a lavish spread of beloved local delicacies blending Malaysia influences to represent the nation’s rich heritage. Expertly curated by Head of Culinary, Lee Yew Ken, and his team including Chef Muhamad Taufiq and Chef Muhammad Afiq, the menu spanned over 9 live stations.
Guests indulged in classics such as Bubur Lambuk, Chicken and Beef Rendang, Satay with peanut sauce, Ayam Bakar Perchik, Ayam Masak Merah, an assortment of Dim Sum, Kung Pao Green Mussel, traditional Briyani rice, Lamb Kurma, and more. Highlights of the evening included the signature Full Moon Hor Fun (Kwey Teow Bulan Purnama) and the hotel’s own Indian-style Siakap Sayap, both served piping hot.
In addition to savory delights, guests enjoyed traditional kerabu, ulam-ulaman, various local sambal, traditional jeruk, local soups, and Malaysian sweet delicacies to conclude the evening on a sweet note.
