12 out of 2000 women have made their way as finalists to the Resipi Berani MAGGI Season 2. The six-episode reality show will test participants in a series of culinary and entrepreneurial challenges to compete for the grand champion title.
Personal Growth, Business Acumen, and Cooking Skills are some of the criteria that are taken into consideration when advancing the mentees to the top. Resipi Berani MAGGI takes a twist on regular cooking shows by incorporating elements such as food sustainability, business viability, as well as social media content creation. On top of that, the cooking challenges include the preparation of their signature dish and the re-invention of authentic Malaysian dishes by using unique ingredients.
The mentees will undergo various Feedback Mentorship Sessions led by three prominent MAGGI Mentors – Datin Paduka Eina Azman, Sheila Rusly, and Anne Idris. This season will also feature four celebrity guest judges including Stacy Anam, Betty Rahmad, Aisya J, and Chef Sherson Lian.
“We are excited to showcase the second season of the reality show to help further upskill and empower more women in terms of enhancing their business acumen, whilst providing them with a platform to both shine and achieve their dream. Watch how the mentees step outside their comfort zones, undergo hurdles, build their self-confidence, and grow guided by MAGGI’s experienced Mentors and our new line-up of celebrity guest judges!”, said Geetha Balakrishna, Business Executive Officer of MAGGI, Nestle (Malaysia) Berhad.
The grand winner of Resipi Berani MAGGI Season 2 will receive seed capital of RM 8,000 and undergo an intensive 8-week mentorship program with entrepreneur icon, Anne Idris, which focuses on upscaling a food business, managing cost efficiencies, and branding strategies. The second and third place winners on the other hand will receive seed capitals of RM5,000 each.
