FHM 2023 BRINGS TOGETHER FOOD & HOSPITALITY COMMUNITY TO SHAPE THE FUTURE OF THE INDUSTRY

The 17th edition of Food & Hotel Malaysia (FHM 2023) unveiled a world of gastronomic marvels and hospitality splendor. Taking over 10 halls of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLCC), trade visitors were immersed in exquisite experiences of food and hospitality from 19  to 23 September 2023.

The opening ceremony was officiated by YB Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan, Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts & Culture (MOTAC), where he acknowledged the invaluable role events such as FHM plays in propelling the industry forward. Over 25,000 professionals and trade visitors from 50 regions attended the 5-day expo.

From F&B and HORECA to International Pavilions and Hospitality sectors, FHM 2023 also welcomed the newly launched Future Hub, a showcase of innovation where sustainable products and solutions illuminate a path towards a brighter tomorrow. This visionary area featured inspiring sessions including Feeding The Future Symposium: Nourishing Malaysia’s Tomorrow, a joint collaboration with Impact Circle; Shaping the Plant-Based Culinary Art with Le Cordon Bleu and Food Waste Management Forum, and the Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH).
