Kuala Lumpur will host the Uganda: Pearl of Africa Business Forum & Expo 2025 for the first time on April 23-24, 2025, at the Renaissance Hotel. Organized by the High Commission of Uganda to Malaysia in collaboration with the World-One Business Federation, the event aims to position Uganda as a key investment destination and strengthen trade relations with Malaysia.

The forum will focus on Uganda’s rich economic opportunities in agriculture, minerals, tourism, oil and gas, manufacturing, and IT. It will bring together business leaders, investors, and government officials for exhibitions, knowledge-sharing sessions, CEO roundtables, and B2B networking.

With Uganda’s exports to Malaysia valued at USD 108.29 million in 2024 and imports reaching USD 250.13 million, the forum seeks to expand bilateral trade over the next five years. Key discussions will explore new business partnerships, investment opportunities, and technology exchange between the two nations.

Endorsed by Malaysia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the event welcomes entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and trade associations looking to tap into Uganda’s dynamic and emerging markets.
