CLM 30th Anniversary celebrated with all tenants
Cheras LeisureMall celebrates its 30th anniversary, marking three decades as a vibrant community destination. To commemorate this milestone, the mall honored 18 longstanding tenants who have been part of its journey since its opening in 1994. Among them are well-known brands such as Popular, McDonald’s, AsterSpring, and Guardian Pharmacy, recognized for their continuous support and commitment.

As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing the shopping experience, the mall is undergoing phased asset enhancement initiatives. These upgrades include expanding alfresco dining areas on the ground floor and modernizing facilities to create a more engaging and comfortable environment for shoppers.
To mark the occasion, the mall launched The Grand 30 Giveaway, a special shopper rewards program running from 15th February to 20th April 2025. With over RM200,000 worth of prizes up for grabs, customers who register for the mall’s loyalty app, PLAYCE, and spend a minimum of RM300 in up to two receipts on the same day at participating outlets will stand a chance to win exciting rewards, including a Haval H6 HEV, travel vouchers, home appliances, and lifestyle gadgets.
The winners of The Grand 30 Giveaway will be announced during a live Grand Draw on 27th April 2025 at 3 PM, where shoppers are invited to join the celebration and be part of this milestone event.
