The objective of the collaboration is to forge a long-term relationship between the two organizations that can see veteran artists in Malaysia are genuinely appreciated and recognized. To kickstart the initiative, the films will be broadcasted on their YouTube channel – RediGo producing content that will emphasize educational, inspirational, and motivational concepts.
“The short films will also introduce new talents to the movie industry who will collaborate with the leading veteran artists under Yayasan Artis Veteran Malaysia,” Dr. Mohd Ezman Zamani, Executive Chairman of Radiance Assets, said.
Chairman of the Malaysian Veteran Artist Foundation Kismah Johar hopes that the initiative implemented by Radiance Assets Berhad sets an example for more companies to come forward and help veteran artists in the country to create and generate income.
He adds that the Malaysian entertainment industry should take inspiration from Hollywood where the veterans in the industry get paid more than new up-and-comes.
