Offering a wide range of Sony products, the two-story Sony flagship store recently opened its doors at the LaLaport, Bukit Bintang City Centre. The new two-level flagship store is projected to engage with customers based on their lifestyle as Sony delivers a variety of Sony merchandise including photography, videography, audio, and home entertainment products. Every section of the flagship store has a distinct vibe that holds strong ties to the consumer’s way of life.

Sony uses this opportunity to showcase their world’s first TV incorporating cognitive intelligence under the product line of BRAVIA. The TV engulfed Sony’s XR technology, where the technology managed to produce visuals created in our minds. Sony’s camera lenses’ complete lineup was also displayed in the  Digital Imaging area, where many could have a hands-on experience with the lenses. As for the audio equipment, the surround system audio technology was set up in Sony’s latest flagship store, where the 360 Reality Audio room fabricates the feeling of being in a live concert.

Managing Director of Sony Malaysia, Kazutoyo Araki, stated that “I am very excited about the new flagship store as well as the potential traffic that this new mall has to offer. To enrich your shopping experience, we are also be offering value-add services such as gift wrapping and service collection point.”

“Even if you do not own any Sony products, you can still sign up and benefit from our workshops and webinars which are conducted from time to time”, he added.
