In conjunction with World Kidney Day (WKD) 2021, the National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia (NKF), Ministry of Health (MOH), and Malaysian Society of Nephrology (MSN) are organizing a Live Webinar aimed towards empowering the public to lead healthier lives while educating kidney patients on effective disease management.
Themed “Living Well with Kidney Disease”, the webinar will take place on 13 March 2021 (Saturday) from 9 am to 12 pm, where Tan Sri. Dato’ Seri Dr. Noor Hisham bin Abdullah, Director-General of Health will officiate the event. An expert team of nephrologists will share their insights on medical aspects regarding kidney health.
The session will cover informative talks on “Facts and myth about kidneys”, “Kidney Impairment: Are you at risk?”, testimonies by kidney transplant patients and donors, and will feature the NKF Dance Challenge 2021 among others.
