A fresh dining destination officially landed in the heart of the Mid Valley area with the grand opening of ZUKA Izakaya & Fusion. Located on Level 7 of the St Giles Hotel, this contemporary establishment set out to redefine the traditional Japanese after-work dining culture by blending authentic flavors with a modern lifestyle twist.
The venue offered a diverse menu that ranged from expertly grilled yakitori and fresh sashimi to creative small plates. Alongside a curated selection of sake, the establishment also introduced a unique Japanese Fusion Set menu designed to offer a modern take on classic izakaya favorites. Inspired by the lively, unwinding social scene of Japan, the space was crafted to serve as a warm, stylish hub for casual dinners, corporate gatherings, and late-night hangouts.
The core philosophy behind the venue centered on community and connection, without the premium barrier often associated with elevated dining. Founder Datuk Seri Garry Chua of the Rotol Group emphasized that the concept was built to be highly accessible.
