Under Armour has officially launched the all-new Under Armour Flow Velociti Elite designed to be marathon-specific shoes created for runners to move forward with speed and efficiency. This specific design includes a full-length carbon fibre plate sandwiched in a soft midsole foam that compresses and springs back for added lift and energy return to deliver explosive lift-offs.
The new pair of unisex shoes adorn a dynamic WARP 2.0 for enhanced breathability and lightweight containment with a supercritical Flow foam that creates a lighter and seamless ride. It also features a TPE sock liner for enhanced resilience and bounces on every footstrike. It is also designed with the Supercritical Flow to make the shoes softer, lighter, and more responsive, eliminating the rubber sole, and providing the runner with great traction and durability.
Testing out the shoes, Triathlete and Under Armour Ambassador, Chrissy Kha Khrang shared, “When it comes to looking for a good pair of running shoes, I usually look for shoes that are light and responsive, and I love how the UA Flow Velociti Elite, comes with an upper mesh that makes it very light and breathable, suitable for endurance runs.”
Ashley Koay, a long-distance runner and an athlete who has structural discrepancies on her foot, commented saying the UA Flow Velociti Elite was “well-fitted” and gave the correct support and structure required for her to run comfortably.
The Under Armour Velociti Elite is available at all Under Armour brand houses at KLCC and Pavilion and online at https://www.underarmour.com.my/en-my/. It is priced at RM 899 and available in three different colourways.
