Shell Malaysia, a major player in Malaysia’s oil, gas, and energy sector, has recently inaugurated its Shell Cafe, marking a significant achievement in the company’s dedication to providing a gratifying experience for its customers. During the event held at APW Bangsar, Seow Lee Ming, the general manager of Shell Mobility Malaysia, expressed that the launch reflects the company’s responsiveness to the evolving preferences of consumers.
Seow stated, “The signature coffees at Shell Cafe come with an extra ‘kaw,’ catering to Malaysians’ preferences. These coffees boast fruity and spicy undertones, and we aspire to introduce the unique Shell Cafe experience to a wider segment of Malaysians.”
Positioned as a preferred destination, the cafe ensures an integrated and customer-centric experience, not only offering fresh food and beverages but also providing a welcoming environment for patrons to unwind and fulfill their refueling needs.
With an extensive network of over 800 Shell Select stores nationwide, Shell’s commitment remains steadfast in ensuring Shell stations serve as the ultimate one-stop center for all customer needs. Additionally, 90 Shell stations will be equipped with the new Shell Cafe by the end of the year.
