The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur set the stage for one of Malaysia’s most prestigious celebrations of entrepreneurship, the Pinnacle of Success Business Award (POSBA) 2025, held on 28 August 2025. Jointly organised by WargaBiz and MySayang Malaysia, with SME Corporation Malaysia as a Strategic Partner, the awards night has often been described as Malaysia’s very own “Oscars of Business.”
The evening drew more than 800 distinguished guests, including policymakers, industry leaders, and visionaries. Adding to its prestige, the event was graced by Yang Amat Mulia Tengku Panglima Perang Leftenan Tengku Ahmad Ismail Mu’adzam Shah ibni Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, alongside YB Steven Sim Chee Keong, Minister of Human Resources, and SME Corp. Distinguished Personalities & Icons
Several awards were dedicated to recognising women leaders. The Pinnacle Industry Woman Icon of the Year went to Datuk Dr Denise Lim (VKids Trend Sdn Bhd). The Pinnacle Distinguished Woman Entrepreneur of the Year was presented to Datin Wira Prof Dr Janet Lo (Metaventure Holdings & Equiptox Sdn Bhd) and Dr Kalaiselvi Krishnan (Grow Bright Sdn Bhd). Meanwhile, Mardiana Made (DS Rich Manufacturing Sdn Bhd) received the Pinnacle Young & Dynamic Woman Entrepreneur of the Year title.
The Pinnacle Distinguished Personality of the Year was awarded to Dato’ Sri Nazeri Omar (RF3 World Sdn Bhd) for his influence in the beauty and wellness industry.

The Pinnacle Champion Brand of the Year Award was presented to Co-opbank Pertama, Dr Anne Skin Care, Nutrilavish, Beautyspells, Dentist Malaya, Bubbles O2, Spa Bekam Ar Rayyan, Jade Heritage Spa, Cityspec Optical, Estika Medispa, and Ring Exclusive Jewellery.
The Pinnacle Rising Brand of the Year Award went to Maaya Beauty, while the Pinnacle Master Brand of the Year Award recognised Do’zee, Serai Group, Daiohs Malaysia, iPainter, and Upin & Ipin.

In her remarks, Tengku Loreta Tengku Dato’ Setia Ramli Alhaj, Chairman of POSBA 2025, said,
