Big Stage Season 2 Korean winner Han Byul, has released his new single, titled “Jodoh.” Jodoh, which is the soundtrack for the drama Helo Jodoh broadcasted on the Lestary slot every Thursday to Saturday, at 9.00 pm.
Jodoh tells the story of an individual who comes across his first love again and continues to feel that the bond of love is still strong and intends to continue the relationship for a life-long partner. This is Han Byul’s seventh single throughout his career in Malaysia. Unlike the previous song, this pop genre song is very sweet to listen to and can make the listener fall in love.
According to Han Byul, “When I first heard this song, it immediately attracted and captured my attention. At first I didn’t know who the composer or lyricist was. After finishing the recording, I was very surprised to learn that the song was the work of those who had worked with me before. The most difficult challenge in singing this song is the relatively high pitch. However, in order not to sound too shouty, I adapted the tone of voice to be softer and sweeter and sound more relaxed so that the listener can imagine a very cute, loving relationship, regardless of whether they are married, single or about to have a family.”

This song was the result of shared ideas from three famous composers, Hazama, Omar K and Firdaus Rahmat. The idea to produce this song was sparked when Omar K received a voice message from Hazama who sang a few verses while strumming the guitar. Starting from there, Omar K invited Hazama and Firdaus Rahmat to make this song a success. The idea of the chorus was first developed by Omar K and then completed by Firdaus Rahmat.
When Omar K was asked what he thought about Han Byul, “He is a very committed, professional, dedicated person in his work and eager to finish the recording. He came prepared and knew what to do.
