Casio Malaysia officially released two collaborative timepieces, the AQ-230ELT and AQ-230EBLT, created in partnership with the long-established English design house Liberty. The collaboration merged British textile artistry with Japanese innovation, transforming a classic digital-analog timepiece into a contemporary fashion accessory.

Founded in London in 1875, Liberty is globally celebrated for its original textiles, intricate floral designs, and botanical prints.

The new models relied on the framework of the popular Casio AQ-230, which featured a signature rectangular case. Inspired directly by Liberty’s iconic Paisley Fanfare print, the collaborative design incorporated elegant, flowing paisley patterns across both the watch band and the dial face. These intricate motifs were precisely rendered using advanced laser engraving techniques to ensure a refined finish.

To enhance the exclusive feel of the release, the manufacturers engraved the official Liberty logo onto both the clasp and the caseback.

The collection debuted in two distinct color variations to complement a wide variety of personal styles: a silver case paired with a silver band, and a gunmetal case paired with a black band. Additionally, each watch arrived in custom special packaging decorated with the matching Paisley Fanfare motif.
