The Miss Universe Malaysia Organization (MUMO) has unveiled new entry requirements aimed at creating a more inclusive and empowering platform for women. During a press conference at MYEG Tower, Eleen Yong, the new National Director of MUMO, officially announced the call for entries for Miss Universe Malaysia 2024. She also introduced groundbreaking changes, including the removal of the upper age limit and the acceptance of married women, divorced women, and mothers into the competition.

These significant changes represent a departure from the previous rules, which limited participation to single, unmarried women under 28. MUMO is proud to lead this transformative shift, reflecting the voices of Malaysians and embracing inclusivity.
