Malaysian makeup artists Julianne Sebastian and queenofluna have transformed themselves into characters from the Disney+ Original animated series – “Monsters At Work ” to celebrate its premiere.

The two local Instagrammers portrayed their own creative take on the characters Val and Sully. Julianne Sebastian painted her face in yellow, with a cheeky smile drawn onto her face, creating the look of Val. queenofluna on the other hand, paired her blue make-up with blue hijab and striped horns to bring a toned-down look of sully’s.

The “Monsters At Work” animated series premiered exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar earlier this month. The 10-episode series will be introducing a whole new cast of monsters to join Mike, Sully, and other familiar faces. The animated series brings back Billy Crystal and John Goodman as the voices of “Mike” and “Sulley”.

Monsters At Work

It follows the story of a young and eager monster, Tylor Tuskmon, who graduated top of his class at Monsters University and always aspired to becoming a Scarer. He lands a job at Monsters, Incorporated, only to find out that scaring is no longer the practice, rather the monsters are harvesting laughter.

New episodes will be released on a weekly basis on the streaming platform Disney+ Hotstar, subscribe now to watch!
