AIMSMET Executive Education, a lifelong learning centre which promotes private tertiary and professional training has recently appointed (Dr) Alan Poon as Adjunct Fellow for its dual degrees, International Executive Programme in Business Administration (IEPBA) Level 7 by Asia Metropolitan University (AMU) and IeMBA from Warnborough College Ireland, United Kingdom.
(Dr) Alan Poon, founder and CEO of SuperiorWealth Resources Sdn Bhd. is also an award-winning entrepreneur, accredited trainer and acclaimed author recognised by The Malaysia Book of Records as “The First Author to Launch 3 Books Simultaneously”. He also has over two decades of business expertise and entrepreneurship skills which could be an invaluable contribution to academia. (DR) Alan is aboard top tier University and College Business Schools as an Industry Advisor; he was appointed as Judge for 2022 CREATE, Alibaba Cloud Global Startup Contest which was dubbed the ‘Olympics’ of Technology Venture Capital and largest entrepreneurship contest in the world.
A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was also signed at the ceremony whereby AIMSMET formally appointed SuperiorWealth as the 1st Academia Delivery Centre (ADC) for its Entrepreneurship programme. At SuperiorWealth, (Dr) Alan will lead the delivery of AIMSMET’S newly devised IEPBA (Level 7) in Entrepreneurship, which inaugural intake begins at the end of September 2022.
Industry driven electives and modules which are highly relevant in today’s global environment are provided in the IEPBA (Level 7): Entrepreneurship. This programme will aid startup founders as well as existing SME entrepreneurs or business owners to formalise their knowledge in strategic management and operational leadership.
Both parties have also entered into a MoU to jointly promote and uplift by providing academia pathways and skill enhancement programmes for developing business partnerships.
