Suria KLCC, an iconic shopping destination in the city, is all set to captivate shoppers with an ‘Enchanted Garden of Lights’ theme from November 3 to 15, in celebration of the upcoming Deepavali festival on November 12.
The mall has been transformed into a vibrant garden adorned with flowers and charming swings, providing the perfect backdrop for capturing dreamy and Instagram-worthy moments.
A striking 20-foot ‘kolam’ welcomes shoppers at the Centre Court, which lights up and rotates in response to their interactions. Adding to the charm, majestic seven-foot-tall peacocks with 32-foot-long illuminated tails grace the area around the centerpiece. Crafted from artificial flowers and colored rice, these artistic installations bring to life the splendor of this auspicious bird.
Enhanced with lighting and sound effects, this colorful and engaging setup offers a multisensory experience, bringing the spirit of the festival of lights to life. During the weekends, shoppers can enjoy captivating traditional Indian dance performances at the Centre Court. Additionally, Deepavali music sets the festive mood throughout the mall.
Andrew Brien, CEO of Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd, expressed, “Deepavali is a time of profound significance, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. At Suria KLCC, we are dedicated to offering not only a memorable festive shopping experience but also a cultural immersion that fosters a deeper sense of connection and understanding within our community.” To add to the Deepavali celebration, shoppers who make purchases totaling RM600 or more in two receipts at specialty stores will receive a RM50 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher.
