PropertyGuru Group (NYSE: PGRU) recently revealed the distinguished recipients of the 10th PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia, a ceremony dedicated to acknowledging excellence within Southeast Asia’s property technology sector. The event unfolded at the Majestic Kuala Lumpur, where WCT Land Sdn Bhd and UEM Sunrise Berhad emerged as leaders, securing nine wins each. Noteworthy among their accomplishments were developments such as Pavilion Mont Kiara and The Connaught One.
Sime Darby Property also stood out, securing five awards, including the Best Landed Development for Ilham Residence. Meanwhile, Eupe Corporation Berhad garnered recognition for the Best High-Rise Development with Est8 @ Seputeh. The People’s Choice Awards, a testament to the industry’s top developers, honored outstanding contributions from Chin Hin Group Property, Mah Sing Group Berhad, and Sime Darby Property.
The Portal’s Choice Awards underscored the visionary contributions of OCR Group, HCK Capital Group Berhad, and Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd. Additionally, Vincent Tan was recognized as the Malaysia Real Estate Personality of the Year, celebrating the diversification and regional expansion efforts of Berjaya Corporation Berhad.
