Chinese New Year at Suria KLCC
Suria KLCC has launched its Chinese New Year 2025 campaign, running from January 3 to February 9, across its malls: Suria KLCC, Alamanda Shopping Centre, and Mesra Mall. The campaign highlights a modern interpretation of traditional Chinese gardens, featuring festive decorations, rewards, and cultural activities tailored for shoppers.
Suria KLCC Highlights
At Suria KLCC, the Centre Court transforms into a red-and-gold contemporary Chinese Garden. Key attractions include intricate paper-cutting motifs, a grand pagoda, a zodiac display, and an interactive digital koi pond where shoppers can select wishes to be displayed. The Gold Blossoming Tree of Prosperity, symbolizing abundance, serves as a focal point.
The Esplanade showcases a grand arch adorned with red lanterns, creating a visually striking photo spot for visitors.
Shoppers can enjoy cultural performances such as traditional Lion Dances (January 19, 26; February 2, 9, and the first two days of Chinese New Year) and Chinese instrumental music on select dates. Jewellery-making workshops with Luna Jewellery will also be available.
Shopping Rewards:
- Spend RM2,500 in two receipts to redeem RM100 in e-vouchers and a set of red packets.
- Spend RM10,000 in two receipts for RM300 in e-vouchers and red packets.
- Purchase RM1,000 in e-vouchers to receive an additional RM100 e-voucher, limited to the first 50 customers.
Shoppers can also support mental health awareness by purchasing a Suria Ribbon Pin for RM10, with proceeds benefiting local initiatives.

Alamanda Shopping Center Highlights
From January 17 to February 2, Alamanda Shopping Center features a similar Chinese Garden theme with traditional structures and cultural performances such as Acrobatic Lion Dances, Ribbon Dances, and Mask-Changing acts. Children can participate in lantern-making activities through the VIKids program on select dates.
The mall also offers shopping rewards:
- Spend RM600 in two receipts to earn RM30 in e-vouchers.
- Spend RM1,500 to receive RM80 in e-vouchers.
Proceeds from Green Ribbon Pin sales will support mental health organizations, with complimentary mandarin oranges given to purchasers.

Mesra Mall Highlights
Mesra Mall in Terengganu will run its campaign from January 17 to February 6, featuring red monochrome décor with paper-cutting motifs. Performances such as the Fan Dance, Lion Dance, and Drum Performance will enhance the festive atmosphere.
Workshops for children include calligraphy, lantern making, and paper cutting. A coloring contest will offer prizes to winners. Shoppers spending RM350 or more can redeem an embroidered knot wrist bag.
