The new Pos Shop Pudu introduces a ‘Shop in Shop’ model, where the post office is embedded within a modern retail environment, a shift from traditional layouts. Spanning over 900 square feet, it offers a variety of products including Pos Kafe’s coffee and snacks, daily essentials, personal care items, and household goods, alongside services like bill payments and mobile top-ups. The shop also provides SMEs a platform to sell their products, contributing to local economic growth.

YB Teo Nie Ching lauded Pos Malaysia’s initiative: “By modernizing its retail presence and supporting local small and medium-size industries, Pos Malaysia is not only enhancing the customer experience and meeting the community’s needs but also making significant contributions to our country’s economic growth and community development.”
