IFOOD EXPO PULLED 50,000 VISITORS TO THEIR FIRST-EVER FOOD EXPO

Last month, iFood Expo had just exhibited their first-ever food exhibition at Pavilion Bukit Jalil Exhibition Centre and were participated by 173 food exhibitors. The food expo had partnered with Dewan Perdagangan Islam Malaysia (DPIM) and Malaysia Retail Chain Association (MRCA) while being officiated by YB Teresa Kok, the Parliament Member for Seputeh.

During the exhibition, it’s recorded about 50,000 visitors that had attended the food expo. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of the exhibitors did not have the opportunity to participate in any food expos. Up to 9 different HQC Global Brand Awards were awarded to 22 companies that showed promising results during the pandemic.

Chairman of DPIM, YBHG Dato’ Sri Muhammad Khanafi Husin, presented the prestigious award to the companies and believed that these companies to remain competitive in the long run.
