Crockfords, Genting Grand, and Highlands Hotel at Resorts World Genting are amongst the few hotels in Malaysia to receive the Sharecare Health Security VERIFIED™ badge from Forbes Travel Guide. This badge indicates that the hotels have adopted the best expert-validated practices to ensure throughout its entire premises.
To attain the Sharecare Health Security VERIFIED™ badge, a comprehensive assessment will be carried out, covering more than 360 global health security standard protocols. The inspections are based on health and hygiene protocols, cleaning products and procedures, masks and PPE, ventilation, management accountability as well as health safety communication with guests and employees.
The Sharecare Health Security VERIFIED™ badge was the result of a collaboration between Sharecare and Forbes Travel Guide to establish confidence in guests and to provide assurance of their health and safety in the age of COVID-19 and beyond by evaluating and verifying hotels that practice global health standards.
