The iconic British retailer Marks & Spencer (M&S)  has proudly launched its very first new concept store in Asia, at Suria KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. Spanning over 30,000 square feet, this reimagined space set a new standard for modern shopping experiences. With dedicated sections for womenswear, menswear, kidswear, lingerie, homeware, beauty, a food hall, and a café, the KLCC store provides the ultimate destination for all fashion and lifestyle needs.

To mark the re-opening, Marks & Spencer hosted a vibrant celebration, highlighted by a special appearance from Thai actress and model Kao Supassra. Joining her were rising Malaysian actors and models Zhen Ning and Jack Gohr, who, along with Mr. Stephen Rayfield, Managing Director of Marks & Spencer MENA & Asia; Mr. Nick Batey, General Manager of Marks & Spencer Asia; Mr. Alex Tan, General Manager of Marks & Spencer SEA; and a few other VIPs, participated in an unveiling ceremony to officially open the new concept store.

Malaysian-inspired wall installation within the Food Hall

“We were thrilled to celebrate this new chapter in Suria KLCC. This revamped store marked a significant progression in our retail approach, blending contemporary design with the trusted quality of Marks & Spencer,” said Mr. Stephen Rayfield, Managing Director of Marks & Spencer MENA & Asia.

The store’s new design reflected contemporary sophistication, featuring minimalist fixtures, warm energy-efficient lighting, and showcase beacons that created an immersive shopping environment. A unique highlight of the store was a Malaysian-inspired wall installation within the Food Hall, which beautifully featured iconic local landmarks such as the KL Tower, Petronas Twin Towers, and the Saloma Link Bridge. This thoughtful integration of local culture added a touch of Malaysian charm to the modern aesthetic.

Enjoy delicious treats at M&S cafe

The Food Hall’s new addition was a cozy M&S café that provided a welcoming retreat for customers to unwind, featuring a curated menu of premium teas and coffee beverages, as well as delicious pastries and cookies.
