Partners and organisers celebrate the official launch of Paramount Cup 2026 with a lively balloon pop ceremony, marking the return of one of Malaysia’s premier pickleball tournaments featuring over RM110,000 in prize money.
Building on the success of its inaugural edition, Paramount Property today launched Paramount Cup 2026, returning with more players, expanded youth categories, a stronger community purpose and one of Malaysia’s largest pickleball prize pools. Taking place from 22–25 October 2026 at PLAYA Racquet Club @ PARC Subang, the tournament is expected to welcome over 900 participants and offers a prize pool exceeding RM110,000.
The second edition introduces eight new junior categories — U10, U12, U14 and U16 Singles and Doubles — reflecting Paramount Property’s commitment to nurturing young talent and making pickleball more accessible to the next generation.
Beyond the courts, every registration will also contribute to the community. PLAYA will donate RM5 from each registration fee to Shelter Home for Children, matched ringgit for ringgit by Paramount Property. A three-day bazaar will further add to the tournament experience with food, activities and family-friendly entertainment.
“At Paramount Property, our promise of being The People’s Developer shapes everything we do. It inspires us to create places where people can live well, stay active and build meaningful connections. The Paramount Cup is a natural extension of this commitment, bringing people of all ages together through sport, wellness and shared experiences,” said Beh Chun Chong, Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Corporation Berhad.
“This year, we are taking the tournament even further with a charitable initiative. It reflects our sustainability commitment to Enriching People and Communities by creating opportunities for every participant to contribute towards a meaningful cause, demonstrating how small actions, when multiplied across a community, can create lasting social impact,” Beh added.

A fast-paced doubles rally unfolds during the showcase match at the Paramount Cup 2026 launch, with representatives from Paramount Property and PLAYA Racquet Club battling it out on court at PARC Subang.
PLAYA Racquet Club returns as Venue Partner, with its nine indoor and 14 outdoor and covered courts, alongside dining, retail and family-friendly amenities.
Adding to this year’s milestones, Paramount Cup 2026 will be recognised as an APP Asia qualifying stop following PLAYA’s collaboration with the Association of Pickleball Professionals (APP), giving Malaysian players a pathway to the international stage and the opportunity to qualify for APP’s wider tour.
“This is a huge moment for Malaysian pickleball,” said Brian Choo, Director of PLAYA Racquet Club. “Through PLAYA’s collaboration with APP, our local players now have a real pathway to compete on the international stage. We hope it inspires even more players, from first-timers to seasoned competitors, to sign up and be part of it.”
The launch featured a balloon pop and showcase match between representatives from Paramount Property and PLAYA, setting the tone for the tournament ahead. The tournament will be overseen by a PPA-certified Tournament Director, with singles, doubles, mixed doubles and team formats across different age groups and skill levels.
Supporting partners include Auto Bavaria BMW, Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie, Sports Sync and iMedia, with further partnerships to be announced.
Registration opens on 15 August 2026, with early bird pricing until 5 September, offering 15% off standard entry fees. Adult entry fees are RM360 per team or RM200 for Open Singles, while junior fees are RM150 for Singles and RM300 for Doubles.
