A survey conducted by Oxwhite Fitness on over 23,000 active sportswear customers showed that 3 in 10 Malaysians lead a moderately inactive lifestyle, exercising less than once a week. According to the survey findings, a majority of those who are inactive said their lack of exercise is due to limited knowledge on safely conducting workouts with the right techniques.
Poor form and incorrect exercise techniques can lead to injuries that might leave one feeling demotivated and eventually lose interest in being active. With that in mind, and in conjunction with the launch of the Oxwhite X Performance Collection, a 10-minute workout video was produced in collaboration with Anytime Fitness Eco Sky to help Malaysians stay fit and perform workout routines correctly amidst this pandemic.
Oxwhite founder CK Chang said, “As a lifestyle brand that seeks to help Malaysians to look and feel good affordably, we want to help everyone stay active and get healthier. The number of people exercising at home, unsupervised, is bound to increase with the new normal. Not knowing how to do it safely is not ideal as people will stop being active if they injure themselves. Hence, Oxwhite has collaborated with Anytime Fitness Eco Sky to produce a routine that is easy to follow at home.”
