Renowned for its award-winning Nanyang cuisine, Oriental Kopi has garnered widespread acclaim, attracting long queues at its outlets across Malaysia, including visits from eager food enthusiasts from neighboring Singapore.
From its humble beginnings as a single coffee shop, Oriental Kopi has expanded rapidly, boasting over 14 outlets and two merchandise stores in Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, and Selangor. Under the joint venture agreement, Paradise Group will introduce Oriental Kopi to Singapore, with the inaugural outlet scheduled to open in a prime location during the third quarter of 2024. Plans are in place for the launch of eight outlets within a three-year timeframe.
Among Oriental Kopi’s must-try offerings is its namesake brew, Oriental Kopi, a rich and aromatic Nanyang-style coffee crafted from a harmonious blend of premium Arabica, Robusta, and Liberica beans. Variants such as Kopi Butter and White Coffee cater to diverse preferences, while the signature egg tarts, renowned for their creamy filling and flaky crust, have earned accolades in the Malaysia Book of Records.
Traditional favorites like Nasi Lemak, Mee Siam, and Oriental Polo Buns, known for their crispy exterior and fluffy texture, continue to captivate diners. Exclusive menu items tailored for the Singaporean market are also in development, promising an exciting culinary journey for patrons.
