Presentation of the MBOR at MGF 2023.
The Malaysia Gift Exhibition 2023 (MGF 2023) organized by the Malaysian Gift and Premier Association (MGPA) was awarded a Malaysia Books of Record (MBOR) as Malaysia’s Largest Gifts Fair in Malaysia. A total of 131 companies from Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom (UK) participated in the three-day event from 20 June 2023 – 22 June 2023 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLCC). The event was officiated by the Minister of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living, YB Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub.
Mr. Peh Leong Seng, President of MGPA said, “This excellent performance is a testament to the strong support, hard work, and determination of all parties who have contributed to this extraordinary achievement for 13 years. We emphasize the important role of the gift industry in promoting the Made in Malaysia brand. In fact, this gifting industry is also able to support local artists and manufacturers and display Malaysia’s cultural heritage and competence through meaningful gifts.”
“MGPA’s support to the gift industry stimulates the production and consumption of local products in addition to promoting domestic trade and empowering local businesses,” he added.

This year’s MFG 2023 took the opportunity to organize a workshop where participants had the opportunity to explore their creativity while contributing to the needy. In addition to this, the event featured a wide range of new products including souvenirs, custom-designed gifts, clothing, equipment & textiles, trophies, badges, bags, ceramics, electronics, and machine & print services.
