Retail Solution Expo 2023 (RESONEX) launched its second edition with close to 150 exhibiting booths from retail automation, point of sales systems, customer service optimization tools, food supply, and equipment with overseas participation from Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, and Singapore.
RESONEX is an avenue for Retailers and SMEs to source products and services for their businesses. It serves as a business matching platform to connect business owners with many retail-focused programs planned throughout the 3-day event, 16-18 November 2023.
RESONEX 2023 partners with Barista Guild Asia the organize the Malaysia Open Barista and Latte Art Championship, with the participation of more than 20 contestants, competing for the champion title. Co-partnering on the championship creates a whole new experience of engagement with cafe owners and coffee enthusiasts looking for supplies and solutions to start and enhance their retail businesses.
Seminars and talks featuring speakers, panel discussions, and workshops that cover a wide range of topics, from the latest trends and best practices in the industry in the field of retail, green tech, and ai and halal. RESONEX 2023 is expecting close to 8000 visitors, who will be rewarded with freebies such as free drinks and massages. “It will be a journey of experiential, engagement, and education with many programs and activities.
