The 2nd World Excellence Entrepreneur Brand Celebrity Awards (WEEBCA) 2020/21 took place today at the HGH Convention Centre Sentul where Datin Winnie Loo – CEO of A Cut Above, Carrie Lee – Founder of Miss CosmoWorld, Puteri Sabee Chin – Model & Influencer, Andrea Lee – Professional Squash Player, and Jeryl Lee Pei Ling – Malaysian Singer, among other famous Malaysian Celebrities, were awarded for their contributions, innovation, and successes as they have persevered and pushed through during the pandemic.
Despite a tough year, these deserving icons have prevailed and shown the world that there are no obstacles that they cannot handle. These awardees have become an inspiration to many as they have not only sustained but triumphed through the MCO. Present at the awards ceremony was the guest of honor, YM. Tengku Dato Dr. Hishammuddin Zaizi bin YAM Tengku Azman Shah Alhaj (Royal Household of the State of Selangor), where he complimented the awardees on their successes.

All the award recipients have continued to not only put Malaysia on the map through their influence and innovation, but also assisted many brands and companies in their battle for survival when Malaysia was hit by the pandemic. These iconic figures are Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) that have earned the title ‘World Excellence Entrepreneur Brand Celebrity’ and this award plays a vital role in creating awareness and educating the public on the heroes that contributed to making Malaysia the great nation that it is.
