Introduced by Datuk Seri Hasnol Zam Zam, Oldtown White Coffee Express was the prototype for the F3M program and was selected as one of the franchises to receive a full grant worth RM50,000.

According to Datuk Seri Hasnol Zam Zam, Oldtown White Coffee had successfully developed the affordable Oldtown Express with the starting cost of RM100,000, inclusive of the cost of installation of outlets, equipment and furniture, franchise fees and training fees. For all franchise outlets, Oldtown White Coffee is entitled to receive a 16% profit gain for every outlet.

Other than Oldtown White Coffee, three other franchisors are in the process of finalizing the F3M concept, including a few other franchisors who are still in the early stage of processing the early planning of the F3M package. Datuk Seri Hasnol Zam Zam hopes that this initiative by F3M would benefit the B-40 and M-40 income group communities to start a franchise business.

“I also believe that this programme will have a positive impact on the country’s economic development and raise our economic status to the next level,” he added.
