Suria KLCC lights up the Hari Raya spirit by unveiling Malaysia’s Biggest Lampu Pelita Replica at the Esplanade KLCC, as an attempt to be recognized by the Malaysia Book of Records 2022, where the replica measured 17 meters in height and 12 meters in width. The premier mall also presented “Raya at Atuk’s Orchard” as the theme of the festive season as they attract visitors to enjoy the kampung house atmosphere in Esplanade KLCC. Featuring “Rumah Melayu Melaka”, Suria KLCC brings in a nostalgic backdrop such as the classic Proton Saga, teng teng, congkak, and many more.
To set the perfect environment for the shoppers, Suria KLCC also will reward shoppers for spending RM1,500 or more in two receipts at any specialty store. They will be given RM100 in Suria KLCC shopping coupons and Suria KLCC Raya packets.
This festive season will also be in conjunction with Suria KLCC’s Mental Health Awareness program through funds generated from the ongoing ribbon pin sales that began in 2021 that will be channeled to RELATE Malaysia.
Alamanda Shopping Centre
Similar to the Suria KLCC, Alamanda also carried out the Atuk’s Orchard theme until 2 May 2022. A redemption program of receiving a ceramic canister and Alamanda’s Raya packets will be given to shoppers who spent RM700 and above in not more than two receipts from any specialty store.
By hosting some fashion and beauty activities for the shoppers, Alamanda will be showcasing a shawl tutorial by Bokitta as the shopping center collaborated with its fashion tenants.
Mesra Mall
Happening in these three malls of the KLCC group, “Raya at Atuk’s Orchard” also made its way to Kemaman’s Mesra Mall, where they bring in a variety of fruit trees to compliment the setting of the event. Providing little girls on having their own “Miss Little Kebaya” fashion show, girls from the age of four to nine stand a chance to win attractive prizes from Mesra Mall.
During the holy Nuzul Quran, Mesra Mall gave away 500 packets of dates and bubur lambuk to its shoppers. Alongside the local authorities and tenants of Mesra, they will sponsor Baju Raya and Duit Raya to the elderly folks of the Kemasek district as a CSR initiative by Mesra.
