Sim Leisure Group, the new owner of KidZania franchise in Malaysia is now taking an initiative to enhance the visitor experience by upgrading the the attraction’s facilities by improving ticketing system for greater efficiency and control, as well as beefing up customer service in order to serve visitors better and stay relevant to an increasingly astute base of customers.

With KidZania latest “Learn Life Today” philosophy, the “new” KidZania aims to provide kids with advocating hands-on interactive experiences and opportunities while celebrating and harnessing their potential by combining inspiration, fun and learning through realistic role play. This leads to its latest development KidZania is now partnering with Inter Mark Resources Sdn. Bhd., which will see the inclusion of three new participating brands to further enhance visitors’ experience – A&W, Subway and Jamaica Blue Coffee.

The partnership was officiated in a formal ceremony at KidZania, which was attended by Silviya Georgieva, Executive Director of Sim Leisure Group and George Ang, Group CEO and Founder of Inter Mark Resources Sdn. Bhd. During the ceremony, Georgieva presented Ang with the “keys to the city”, a symbolic gesture of welcoming the three new brands to the KidZania.

“It gives me great pleasure to formally introduce and welcome A&W, Subway and Jamaica Blue Coffee to KidZania, which will certainly enhance the many offerings to all our visitors – both children and their parents alike. These are well-known brands, which Malaysians have fondly grown to love in so many ways. I am confident that their representation at KidZania will take this unique establishment to greater heights. In this regard, I would like to personally thank George and the team from Inter Mark Resources for their unwavering support and facilitation in making this partnership a reality,” said Georgieva.

The A&W and Subway addition allows the children to have a hands-on experience with a very established fast food company by exposing them to manage and operating a fast food outlet. While the kids gain working experience in KidZania, parents could relax and enjoy a cup of Jamaica Blue Coffee located at the Parents’ Lounge.
