The deployment of service robots in the hospitality, tourism, and retail industry will also educate the workers on efficiency enhancement and strengthen their knowledge of the logistical and operational functions of robots. Not only does this nourish individuals with a solid foundation and give them opportunities to focus on more cognitive-oriented tasks, but this will also act as a practical complementary dimension to the value of the f&b providers, hotels, and retailers.

YBhg. Dato’ Dr. Ammar Abd. Ghapar, expressed saying, “It brings me pride to see our Malaysian corporations evolve and present their efforts to showcase Malaysia as an innovative nation to draw more visitors to our country with the ample amenities that are readily available.
