For steak-loving dads, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse at Sky Avenue Mall (Level M) offers New York Sirloin and Porterhouse steaks, lobster bisque, shrimp cocktail, and New York-style cheesecake. Set menus for 2 people at RM500 and 2-4 people at RM1000 are available from Mon-Thu, 12 noon to 11 pm. A set menu for small eaters includes battered squid, a small cod with gravy, chocolate brownies, and their signature lemonade at RM90 per person. Larger sets for two, featuring prawn cocktail, battered cod bites, 2 sets of Cod, Whispering Angel Rose wine, and more, start from RM500.
A Tempting Hotpot Experience
Treat Dad and the family to a comforting meal in the lush garden setting of Genting Secret Garden Hotpot at Highlands Hotel, Level 2. Enjoy lunch (12 noon to 2:30 pm) or dinner (6 pm to 9:30 pm) with a variety of flavors like Chinese wine free-range chicken, pork cocktail sausages, enoki mushrooms, and pork and chive dumplings in tomato soup and wild tea with Chinese herb soup. Set menu for 6 people at RM500. For a more indulgent experience, try the set with Boston lobster, Nagano pork collar, and Pomfret in spicy Sichuan and super collagen soups for RM1,000 for 10 people.

For traditional tastes, Genting Palace offers elevated Chinese fare. Enjoy lunch (12 noon to 2:30 pm) or dinner (6 pm to 9:30 pm) with set menus featuring dishes like marinated village chicken with empress stock, stir-fried sea prawns with black soy and tamarind, and steamed river patin fillet with garlic. Set menu for 3-4 people at RM500. For larger groups, the RM1,000 set menu includes baby abalone with ice plant salad and yuzu sauce, double-boiled pork rib with Japanese mushroom and tendon soup, and crispy prawn toast with marinated hot and sour Hunan cucumber, serving up to 6 people.
